This is a new section we’re developing centered on getting to learn more about the people behind of brands that are staples inside Snaxshot’s community—beyond just their “founder” tag. This project is being led by our very own creative intern, Soon Tani Beccaria Mochizuki, who has become our West coast correspondent, and personally styles and shoots the images for these issues.
She will be helping us capture founder’s essence through visuals, and and I will dig deeper with questions—all to remind you that behind your favorite brands, beyond the hype, the fundraising, the wins and the failures, they are complex human beings, equal parts enlightened and flawed.
