Hello, this is the first of hopefully many more contributing pieces. When I first started Snaxshot it was very much an extension of myself, wherein I created a space to explore, as a 30-year old millennial, the transformation of food and beverage, led by our generation—from the selfie mirrors at grocery stores, to functional spritzes promising us “spiritual awakenings”—shedding light to what felt very much like a state of parody.
