As promised, I’ve been keeping my eye out for how web3 x F&B are evolving, back in October we compiled the first few examples, it’s truly a fascinating space, consider that this industry is already undergoing many a revolution, whether it’s via labor force (fuck yeah) influx of emerging brands in food and beverage, and of course technology. Though web3 has its much necessary criticism, it’s also creating some very interesting leveling dynamics.
